Ticket summary card

A picture of a closed ticket: the opener's avatar and name, its number and why it closed. Tickets draws the same card in its log with how long it ran, who handled it, the rating and the message count.

Try it in a template

A Discord element (a step) in Messages. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

Example

Ticket closed → Ticket summary card → Send message to the ticket log with the Picture.
