Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing with Manage plan (the Stripe customer portal). Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for; then your live servers pause and everything you built stays saved.

Refunds

Within 14 days of your first purchase, write to us and we refund it in full. After that, unused time is not refunded when you cancel, and a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period.

If we remove a paid feature or stop the service before the end of a paid period, we refund the unused time.

A chargeback or a full refund ends the plan at once. Open a dispute only after writing to us; most problems are fixed the same day.
