Terms of Service
Elementium by C2lyn Studios ยท Last updated 6 November 2026
Who we are
Elementium is made and run by C2lyn Studios, based in Alabama, USA. These terms are an agreement between you and C2lyn Studios.
We are reached by email only. Questions: email support@c2lyn.com, or use the support page at https://c2lyn.com/support/?product=elementium.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country sets a higher age for Discord, and you must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's own terms.
You need the Manage Server permission in a Discord server to set the bot up there. You are responsible for what you build and for what your flows do in your servers.
What you get
On Discord, the free plan builds and tests in the mock Discord and can run one server live with the limits on the pricing page. Paid plans run the bot in the number of live servers the plan lists, with the limits on the pricing page. Limits are enforced by the service, and the owner may change starting numbers with notice on the pricing page.
We may pause flows, a server, or the whole service for a short time to protect it (see Abuse). We may change or remove features; paid features removed before the end of a paid period are refunded for the unused time.
Discord
Elementium is not affiliated with Discord Inc. It works through Discord's API under Discord's Developer Terms and Developer Policy. We respect Discord's rate limits: sends and edits are queued per channel and never looped across members or channels, and bursts are capped per server and per member.
We never sell or share Discord data. We only read what the bot needs for the features you turn on, and we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Minecraft servers
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
Elementium for Minecraft runs what you build on your own Minecraft server, through our plugin, Elementium Runtime. It is its own subscription, separate from any Discord plan. The free plan builds and tests in the simulator only. A paid Minecraft plan runs your flows on the number of servers it lists; without one the plugin stays installed and paired, and your flows do not run on the server.
You must run the server or have its owner's permission to pair it. You are responsible for following Minecraft's End User License Agreement and Usage Guidelines, and for what your server does and sells to its players. Keep your own backups: flows can change your world, your players' items and your other plugins' data.
Only add a resource pack you may share. Something here that shouldn't be? Report it at /legal/abuse.
The plugin is free to install and is closed source. C2lyn Studios keeps all rights in it (all rights reserved). You may install and run it on servers you operate. You may not resell or redistribute it, or get around its signature, plan or safety checks.
To protect servers we can switch off a faulty block or flow, for one server or for all, through the signed updates the plugin takes from the dashboard. This stops flows from running. It takes effect once the plugin next reaches the dashboard, and it does not undo what a flow already did.
Your content and the AI
You keep the rights to what you build: flows, panels, messages, images, templates. You give us the licence needed to store and run them for you.
AI features send the text you give them (a description, a ticket message where ticket AI is on, your FAQ) to our AI provider (Groq). AI output is a draft: check it before it reaches your members. AI output must follow the content rules in Abuse.
Payments
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Cancellation and refunds are described on the Refunds page. A chargeback or a full refund ends the plan at once.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, C2lyn Studios is not liable for indirect damage, lost data caused by Discord, or what your flows do in your servers (Discord or Minecraft), including lost worlds, items or player data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and by US federal law where it applies, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Disputes are heard in the state courts located in Elmore County, Alabama, or the United States District Court for the district that includes that county. Either side may instead bring a claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction over it.
If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the protection of mandatory laws of the place where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply. Using the service after that means you accept them.
