Claim thread
Mark a thread as yours (a ticket's Claim button). Only one person holds it at a time unless you allow more.
A Discord element (a step) in Channels. Needs the Free plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
Claim → If Taken: reply 'Alex has this one'; else Add to thread (Reverse).
