Who owes a reply
Read who the ticket is waiting on: staff (the member wrote last) or the member (staff wrote last), and for how long. Bot lines and reminders don't count. For your own reminders on a Timer.
A Discord element (a step) in Systems. Needs the Free plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

Every hour → For each open ticket → Who owes a reply → staff for 6 hours → mention the claimer.
