Ask staff to close (opener)
For the member who opened the ticket: a short form (anything to add, and a 1 to 5 rating), then a card in the ticket where staff press Close now or Keep open. Once per ticket. With no staff answer for 12 hours it closes by itself.
A Discord element (a step) in Systems. Needs the Free plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
