AI summary of a ticket
Have the AI sum up a ticket in one line from its kept transcript: what the member needed and how it ended. Works on closed tickets too. Uses the server's AI allowance.
A Discord element (a step) in Systems. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
