Protect your spawn from building, breaking, fire and explosions, and get an alert when someone places TNT or lava.

Try it on your server

A Minecraft server template. 12 elements. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

What it does

• /protect (staff) protects the area around you; staff add builders with /protect-add.
• Nobody else can build, break, burn or blow up anything inside, and pvp can be switched off there too.
• Staff are alerted (and the console logs it) when TNT or lava is placed; you can also block it outright.

Try this first

As staff, stand at spawn and type /protect. Try breaking a block with another account.

What you can change

• Protected radius. Blocks out from where staff stand when they type /protect.
• No player fighting inside. Turns pvp off inside the protected area.
• Watch for TNT. Alert staff when someone places TNT.
• Watch for lava. Alert staff when someone places lava.
• Also block them. Stop TNT and lava from being placed at all, not only alert.
• Line when entering. Shown above the hotbar on entering the area.
• Who is staff. The permission node staff have, like elementium.staff.
