When the audit log gets an entry
Someone bans, kicks, deletes a channel or role, makes a webhook, or does anything else the audit log records. The bot needs the View Audit Log permission.
A Discord element (starts a flow) in Starts when. Needs the Free plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
Count each moderator's bans with Count a staff action, and strip their roles past 3 in 10 minutes.
