When AutoMod catches something
Discord's AutoMod or one of the bot's AutoMod rules catches a member's message. For Discord's rules the bot needs Manage Server to hear it.
A Discord element (starts a flow) in Starts when. Needs the Free plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
