Slow a player's chat
Make one player wait some seconds between chat messages. Players with elementium.chat.bypass are never slowed.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Chat & text. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player uses a command → Slow a player's chat: 10 seconds.
