Start a cooldown
Put a player on a named cooldown for some seconds, starting over if they already were.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Commands. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player uses /kit → Start a cooldown named kit for 600 seconds.

Works as a data pack?
No. This one needs the Elementium plugin on a Paper server.
