Launch a projectile from a location straight at an entity, like a turret that aims.

A Minecraft element (a step) in Entities & mobs. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

Example

Every second → Nearest entity → Launch towards an entity: minecraft:arrow at it.
