Coloured dust
Show specks of dust in any colour and size, such as a red puff or a blue shimmer.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Effects. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player uses a command → Coloured dust: #ff0000 at Player location.
