The item a player is holding in their main hand, with its type and amount.
A Minecraft element (a value) in Items & inventories. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player right-clicks → If Item in hand type is minecraft:blaze_rod → Strike lightning.
