The same item forced to shimmer like it's enchanted, forced plain, or left to the item.
A Minecraft element (a value) in Items & inventories. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player joins → Make an item minecraft:compass → Enchant glint: on → Give an item stack.
