Item has a name
Check if an item has been renamed, for example in an anvil or by a flow. A plain item gives false.
A Minecraft element (a check) in Items & inventories. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a player right-clicks → Item in hand → If Item has a name → Answer: A named item.
