Set allay duplication cooldown

Changes the allay's duplication cooldown to a whole number you pick. Paper: the cooldown before the allay can duplicate again.

A Minecraft element (a step) in Entities & mobs. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

Example

When a player right-clicks an entity → Set allay duplication cooldown: 1 → Answer Done!
