Set area effect cloud wait time
Changes the area effect cloud's wait time to a whole number you pick. Paper: the time which an entity has to be exposed to the cloud before the effect is applied.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Entities & mobs. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player right-clicks an entity → Set area effect cloud wait time: 1 → Answer Done!
