Block damage: set insta break

Changes the block damage's insta break before the server goes on with it. Paper: the block should instantly break when damaged by the player. Only before any Wait.

A Minecraft element (a step) in Logic. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a block is damaged by a player → Block damage: set insta break → Done
