Compost item: set will raise level
Changes the compost item's will raise level before the server goes on with it. Paper: the composter will rise a level. Only before any Wait.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Logic. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a hopper or player composts → Compost item: set will raise level → Done
