Entity dye: set color

Changes the entity dye's color before the server goes on with it. Paper: the DyeColor the entity is being dyed. Only before any Wait.

A Minecraft element (a step) in Logic. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a mob is dyed → Entity dye: set color → Done
