Entity portal: set search radius

Changes the entity portal's search radius before the server goes on with it. Paper: the Block radius to search in for available portals. Only before any Wait.

A Minecraft element (a step) in Logic. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When an entity touches a portal → Entity portal: set search radius → Done
