Set the consume item

Changes the player change beacon effect's consume item before the server goes on with it. Paper: the item used to change the beacon should be consumed. Only before any Wait.

A Minecraft element (a step) in Logic. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a player picks a beacon power → Set the consume item → Done
