When an item type goes on cooldown
Starts when a whole group of items (like all ender pearls) is put on cooldown for a player.
A Minecraft element (starts a flow) in Starts when. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player receives an item cooldown → Broadcast {trigger.cooldown}
