Vehicle damage: set damage

Changes the vehicle damage's damage before the server goes on with it. Paper: the damage done to the vehicle. Only before any Wait.

A Minecraft element (a step) in Logic. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a vehicle takes damage → Vehicle damage: set damage → Done
