Give a potion effect
Give a player a potion effect, like speed or night vision, for some seconds at a level.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Players. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player joins → Give a potion effect: minecraft:night_vision for 600 seconds.
