Is allowed to fly
Whether a player may fly, by creative mode or by a Let them fly step, even if they're on the ground.
A Minecraft element (a check) in Players. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player joins → If Is allowed to fly → Send a chat message: Double-tap jump to fly.
