Make an objective with options
Make an objective that follows the game (health, food, level or xp) or keeps your own scores, shown as numbers or hearts.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Scoreboards & teams. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When the server starts → Make an objective with options: hearts, health, shown as hearts.
