Spawn a hopper minecart
Spawns a hopper minecart where you say, with its own settings ready to fill in: enabled. Empty settings keep the usual values.
A Minecraft element (a step) in Entities & mobs. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a player types /boss → Spawn a hopper minecart at world 0 64 0 with enabled on → Answer It's here!
