Check if a player is on the team you name, such as red or staff. Use it to branch by team.
A Minecraft element (a check) in Scoreboards & teams. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a player uses a command → If Is on team staff → Answer: Hi, staff.
