Set hopper transfer cooldown
Changes the hopper's transfer cooldown to a whole number you pick. Paper: the cooldown before the hopper transfers or sucks in another item.
A Minecraft element (a step) in World & blocks. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player right-clicks → Set hopper transfer cooldown: 1 → Answer Done!
