Change the biome of every 4 by 4 by 4 cell a box touches. Counts against the 4096 changes a run.
A Minecraft element (a step) in World & blocks. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a player uses a command → Set a biome in a box: minecraft:snowy_plains over the arena.
