Whether nothing solid is above a location, all the way up, so rain and sunlight reach it.
A Minecraft element (a check) in World & blocks. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

When a player moves to another block → If Open to the sky → Show an action bar line: You're outside.
