When a flow fails
Another flow on the server stopped with an error. A flow that starts on this never starts itself.
A Discord element (starts a flow) in Starts when. Needs the Free plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a flow fails → Send to #bot-errors: {trigger.flow_name} failed: {trigger.error}.
