When a form is reviewed
A reviewer pressed Accept or Deny on a review card. The record is already marked; this flow does what follows.
A Discord element (starts a flow) in Starts when. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.
Example
When a form is reviewed → Switch on Decision → accept: Give role Staff, DM Welcome · deny: DM Not this time.
