Spectate

Make a player in spectator mode watch the world through a mob or another player's eyes. It refuses in other game modes.

Try it on your server

A Minecraft element (a step) in Players. Needs the Basic plan or higher to go live; building and testing are free.

Example

When a player uses a command → Game mode spectator → Spectate the boss.

Works as a data pack?

Partly. A data pack does most of it, and the editor tells you the difference.
