Elements: Message, Embed, Button, Form, Image
What a message is made of, and how its pieces plug in.
Message
A Message node is what the bot posts: text, embeds and components. Double-click it to edit it live, the way Discord will show it.
Embeds and buttons
Embed and Button elements plug into a Message node's yellow pins. Each button has its own When clicked pin, so what it does is wired right there.
Forms
A Form opens a pop-up with questions. Each answer is a value pin you can wire into later steps. Discord only lets a form open as the first answer to a click or command.
Images
An Image element is a picture made for each run, with text and member avatars laid out in the image designer.
Menus
A menu on a flow's message lists your own choices, or lets people pick members, roles or channels. At least and At most set how many they can pick. Each choice, or the whole menu, gets a When picked; the trigger gives what was picked ({trigger.value}, {trigger.picked} as mentions, {trigger.count}). Panels keep choice menus.
Where to post, worked out when it runs
Where to post can be From a value: a channel option ({trigger.where}), a saved channel id or a #mention. If it's empty it posts in the If it's empty channel, or where it happened. A saved message id goes straight into Edit or Delete message, no Text to message step needed.
Timeout lengths
Timeout takes a length the way people type it: 30m, 2h, 1d, 1h 30m, or a plain number of minutes. At most 28 days.
