A panel is a message posted once and kept updated, like a ticket button or a role menu.

A panel is a Message node on a canvas of panels. Publish posts it, and every later Publish edits the same message in place, so links to it keep working.
What its buttons do
Each button on a panel has a When clicked pin. Wire the steps it runs from there, like any flow.
