Accept the application this review post is for. Only its reviewers can. After it, the member of the flow is the applicant, so Give role or Send DM goes to them. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 6 values later steps can use. Find it under Applications in the palette.
