Look up case
Read a moderation case: who, what, why, by whom and when.
moderation.case_info
In a flow
“When a button is clicked, look up case.”
Post case {answer.case} in the staff channel.
What it does
Read a moderation case: who, what, why, by whom and when. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 9 values later steps can use. Find it under Systems in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when that system is on in your server: read a moderation case: who, what, why, by whom and when.
When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
Typical wiring
Sockets: settings you can wire
- Case number Number
-
The case to read, like 12, or wire in Case number from a warn.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a number. e.g. 42
If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, it uses 1.
