Make a stage speaker
Bring a member up to speak on the stage they're in, or move them back to the audience.
stage.speaker
In a flow
“When a button is clicked, make a stage speaker.”
/speak @Sam → Make a stage speaker.
What it does
Bring a member up to speak on the stage they're in, or move them back to the audience. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. Find it under Server in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when the flow changes the server itself: bring a member up to speak on the stage they're in, or move them back to the audience.
When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
Typical wiring
Sockets: settings you can wire
- Who Member
-
Leave unwired for the member who started the flow, or wire one in, like Member from Find member.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a member. e.g. @Alex
If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.
