Members & roles · Step
Disconnect from voice
Take a member out of the voice channel they are in.
voice.disconnect
In a flow
“When a button is clicked, disconnect from voice.”
Disconnect them when their time is up.
What it does
Take a member out of the voice channel they are in. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. Find it under Members & roles in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when the flow acts on a member: take a member out of the voice channel they are in.
When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
Typical wiring
Sockets: settings you can wire
- Who Member
-
Leave unwired for the member who started the flow, or wire one in, like Member from Find member.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a member. e.g. @Alex
If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.
