“When a button is clicked, close ticket.”
What it does
Close the ticket. Staff can reopen it for 24 hours. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. Find it under Systems in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when that system is on in your server: close the ticket. Staff can reopen it for 24 hours.
When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
