What it does
Ask for a reason in a form, then close the ticket. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. Discord only allows it as the first answer to a click or command. Find it under Systems in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when that system is on in your server: ask for a reason in a form, then close the ticket.
When not to
If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.
