Count a staff action

Count what a staff member did in the last few minutes, for each kind of action, and say whether it's over a limit.

Basic plan nuke.count

In a flow

“When a button is clicked, count a staff action.”

Audit log entry → Count a staff action (ban, 3 in 10 minutes) → If Over limit → Strip staff roles.

What it does

Count what a staff member did in the last few minutes, for each kind of action, and say whether it's over a limit. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 2 values later steps can use. Find it under Protection in the palette.

When to use it

Use it to keep the server safe: count what a staff member did in the last few minutes, for each kind of action, and say whether it's over a limit.

When not to

If nothing should change in Discord, a value node or a check is lighter.

Typical wiring

Sockets: settings you can wire

Who Member

The staff member who did it. Wire in Who did it from the audit log trigger.

What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a member. e.g. @Alex

If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.

Action Text

What they did, like ban. Wire in Action from the audit log trigger. Each action is counted on its own; any counts every action together.

What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in text. e.g. Hello there

If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, it uses any.
