Run a questionnaire
Ask a list of questions one by one, in their DMs, a channel, a new private thread, a pop-up form or with buttons. Each answer is checked (a pattern, a length, a number range, a choice), asked again when it doesn't fit, and kept in a form record. Questions can be skipped or jumped past on an earlier answer.

In a flow
“When a button is clicked, run a questionnaire.”
Button Apply → Run a questionnaire in a private thread → AI check the answers → Show the review card in #applications.
What it does
Ask a list of questions one by one, in their DMs, a channel, a new private thread, a pop-up form or with buttons. Each answer is checked (a pattern, a length, a number range, a choice), asked again when it doesn't fit, and kept in a form record. Questions can be skipped or jumped past on an earlier answer. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 8 values later steps can use. Find it under Applications in the palette.
When to use it
Use it for applications, sign-ups and interviews: write the questions once, then pick where they're asked (DMs, a channel, a private thread, a pop-up form, or buttons only they see) without changing anything else.
When not to
Give a question a pattern or a number range and it's asked again until the answer fits. Then and Only ask if skip questions on an earlier answer. Set a Test answer to try your pattern in Test.
