Running total
Each number added to everything before it: 1, 3, 6, 10.
math.running_total
In a flow
“Works out running total whenever a step wired to it needs the answer.”
[1, 2, 3] → [1, 3, 6]
What it does
Each number added to everything before it: 1, 3, 6, 10. It's a value node: no white pins, it works out its answer when a step wired to it needs it. It gives 2 values later steps can use. Find it under Values in the palette.
When to use it
Use it when a step needs a value worked out first: each number added to everything before it: 1, 3, 6, 10.
When not to
For a value that never changes, type it into the setting instead of wiring a node.

The numbers.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a list. e.g. Hello there, and more like it
If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.
