Has a pending application
True when the member has an application waiting for review.
applications.has_pending
In a flow
“When a button is clicked, if “Has a pending application” is true, reply with a message.”
Only show the Apply button to people who haven't applied.
What it does
True when the member has an application waiting for review. It's a check: put it in an If, and the flow goes one way when it's true and the other when it isn't. Find it under Applications in the palette.
When to use it
Use it for applications: true when the member has an application waiting for review.
When not to
To pick between more than two outcomes, Switch or Random reads better than a chain of checks.
Typical wiring
Sockets: settings you can wire
- Who Member
-
Leave unwired for the member who started the flow, or wire one in, like Member from Find member.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a member. e.g. @Alex
If it's empty: Optional. Left empty and unwired, the step runs without it.
