Members & roles · Step
Give role to everyone
Give a role to every member, every person, every bot, or everyone with another role.
role.give_all
In a flow
“When a button is clicked, give role to everyone.”
/give-everyone-member → Give role to everyone (humans) Member.
What it does
Give a role to every member, every person, every bot, or everyone with another role. It's a step: it runs when the white wire reaches it, then the flow carries on from its Then pin. It gives 1 value later steps can use. Find it under Members & roles in the palette.
When to use it
Use it once for a role everyone should have, like Member after you add a verification system, or to give an event role to everyone with another role.
When not to
It carries on after the step, a few members a second, so a big server takes a few minutes. Only one runs at a time per server.
Typical wiring
Sockets: settings you can wire
- Role Role needed
-
The role.
What goes there: Type it in the side panel, or wire in a role. e.g. @Verified
If it's empty: Needed. Publish lists it until it's set or wired; the step can't run without it.
